Make a Difference as a PRN Pediatric Nurse (LPN)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes under RN supervision
✅ Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
✅ Educate patients and caregivers on health management
✅ Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members
✅ Maintain accurate, timely documentation

What You Need:
✔ Active LPN license in Connecticut (or compact license)
✔ 1 Year of nursing experience
✔ Home health experience is a plus
✔ Reliable transportation for travel (50% required)
✔ Ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs
✔ Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
