Account Executives make in-person sales calls to community referral partners, including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. AEs work with our partners to find the right level of in-home care for their patients or residents and to secure referrals to Elara Caring. Once a referral is received, the AE actively collaborates with Elara’s Clinical Operations team to facilitate the admission process and a timely start of care.
Our sales team interacts with a wide range of medical professionals, as well as patients and families of patients, on a daily basis to drive business results and promote Elara Caring throughout their community.
